6/16/2008 Just found out that I will be conducting Prokofiev Piano Concerto No. 1 with the American Academy of Conducting at Aspen Orchestra on Tuesday 7/1/2008 at the Benedict Music Tent. This is very exciting. Tickets are free!

6/16/2008 I will be one of four conductors making our professional debut in a special concert with the National Symphony Orchestra at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. this Saturday (6/21/2008). Will be conducting Liszt Symphonic Poem No. 5 <Prometheus> which is not often performed - tickets are free so please come along if you are in the area!

4/11/2008 Ken Lam to conduct Hong Kong Voices in a program including Durufle Requiem, Beethoven Symphony No. 2 and Bach Cantata BWV 50 on June 7, 2008 at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts. Mezzo-soprano Stefanie Willis will be soloist.

4/11/2008 Ken Lam performs at the Walters Art Museum in Baltimore with SONAR.

2/25/2008 Ken Lam appointed Assistant Conductor of the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra. More soon.
